Current Status
Eternix is currently in active development.
Protocol Design
Section titled “Protocol Design”The protocol architecture, consensus model, monetary policy, validator lifecycle, and governance constraints have been designed and documented.
The current protocol design is available in the technical specifications.
Testnet
Section titled “Testnet”An early testnet implementation exists and is being actively developed.
Current work focuses on:
- Network stability
- Validator functionality
- Protocol correctness
- Tooling compatibility
EVM Compatibility
Section titled “EVM Compatibility”EVM compatibility is planned but not yet complete.
The long-term goal is to support Ethereum-compatible smart contracts while preserving Eternix’s economic and consensus model.
Mainnet
Section titled “Mainnet”No mainnet launch date has been announced.
Mainnet will only be considered after the protocol, implementation, and testing process reach an acceptable level of maturity.
Project Status
Section titled “Project Status”Status: Experimental
Eternix should not be considered production-ready.
The project is currently maintained by a single developer and is evolving rapidly as testing and research continue.
